I am Shikainah, a Psychologist providing CBT, EMDR and BCT therapies. With over 14 years experience with NHS, I provide face to face and online therapy sessions in English, Tamil, Hindi and Urdu. Apart from private patients, I also see agency and insurance patients. In addition to individual therapies for various disorders, I also provide therapy for couples with relationship issues and help students with issues that impair their performance and individuals with work-related stress. In-person sessions are conducted at Banstead, Surrey which is adjoining Sutton in London Borough of Sutton in South London. Online sessions are also available.
